In Cannes, "Shonduras" McBride, a social media influencer, taught me a little secret about Instagram's algorithm. Your profile's engagement takes more into account than just likes, comments, and follows--it also counts your story's views. Being a millennial, I decided to take full advantage of this and make my Instagram story something that people would look forward to seeing every day. I've seen more and more brands start to do this, and I think it's a really fun way to interact with your followers and share information.
